Case studies and projects

Three engagements written up in detail, and the named products behind them.

Jul 2023 – Present

Mobicom Pro

Senior Software Engineer

Mobicom Pro's operations platform ran on a legacy PHP and jQuery codebase shared across its full client base, including a Danish logistics operator running day-to-day fleet and operations work through it. I own the modernisation of that platform end to end: architecture, migration sequencing, estimation, and full-stack delivery in TypeScript.

Maguru

Lead Full-Stack Developer, then Frontend Technical Lead

Over eight years at Maguru I moved from lead full-stack developer to technical lead, taking the company's core web platform, its call routing product, and a two-app mobile line through successive rebuilds as the business and the stack both grew up.

Agnitio Manager

Backend Team Lead, then Senior Software Engineer

Agnitio Manager was a closed loop marketing (CLM) platform for the life sciences industry, used by pharmaceutical companies to deliver approved medical content to healthcare professionals. I worked on it for almost three years, first as back-end team lead on Ciklum's Agnitio account, then directly from Agnitio's Copenhagen headquarters.

  • Maguru Mobile CRM App

    Jan 2016 – May 2023

    Maguru

The Maguru mobile CRM was the phone version of the Maguru platform, built for trade and craftsmen businesses in Denmark. It gave users a single timeline of all communication with a customer, regardless of channel (call, email or text) or which team member handled it. Calls made from the app used a virtual number, so customers always saw the same number, and incoming calls followed the account's routing rules for off-hours, busy states and do-not-disturb. In practice it meant a business owner could run work communication from a personal phone without carrying two.

  • Maguru Route Manager

    2019 – 2023

    Maguru

Route Manager was the visual call routing builder in the Maguru platform, used by 200+ business clients to configure how incoming calls were handled, serving 30,000+ end users across Denmark. Instead of writing rules by hand, users dragged nodes onto a canvas, set the logic on each one, and connected them into a routing flow: spam checks, working-hours conditions, escalation chains, and department forwarding.

  • My Craftsman (Mine Håndværkere)

    Dec 2017 – Dec 2020

    Maguru

My Craftsman (Mine Håndværkere) was a mobile app connecting customers with trade and craftsmen businesses using the Maguru platform. Customers could call businesses through virtual numbers and send messages that arrived directly in the Maguru app, with the full communication history stored on both sides. The app also let customers find and contact rated craftsmen in other trades.

  • Maguru CRM

    Oct 2015 – Dec 2019

    Maguru

Maguru CRM was a web platform for trade and craftsmen businesses, covering customer communication, case management, call tracking, invoicing, company statistics, and integration with third-party accounting services. I worked on it as lead full-stack developer.

  • Agnitio Manager

    Jun 2010 – Mar 2013

Agnitio Manager was a closed loop marketing (CLM) platform for the life sciences industry, used by pharmaceutical companies to deliver approved medical content to healthcare professionals. I worked on it for almost three years, first as back-end team lead on Ciklum's Agnitio account, then directly from Agnitio's Copenhagen headquarters.

  • SeoToaster

    Mar 2009 – Jun 2010

    SeoToaster

SeoToaster is an open-source PHP content management system, shopping cart and SEO platform. I worked on it as a backend developer, building it from scratch as part of the original development team.

  • SeoSamba

    Nov 2008 – Mar 2009
