Agnitio Manager
Backend Team Lead, then Senior Software Engineer
Agnitio Manager was a closed loop marketing (CLM) platform for the life sciences industry, used by pharmaceutical companies to deliver approved medical content to healthcare professionals. I worked on it for almost three years, first as back-end team lead on Ciklum's Agnitio account, then directly from Agnitio's Copenhagen headquarters.

Context
The challenge
Pharmaceutical clients in different countries were legally required to keep regulated data within their own national territory, so the platform could not run on one shared database. Reporting also had to reach each client on their own terms: completed reports delivered directly to their infrastructure, not through a shared portal.
Delivery
What I built
- I took architectural decisions on the platform, including its data layer and reporting architecture.
- I designed a jurisdiction-aware database routing layer so each client's data stayed within its required national territory, addressing data residency requirements.
- I built direct-to-client reporting, with completed reports delivered as files uploaded straight to each client's own servers.
- I designed and implemented the analytics system.
- I led a cross-border development team spanning Ukraine (on-site) and Malaysia (remote), acting as Scrum master and reporting into the Danish headquarters.
Result
Outcome
Close to three years on one regulated-industry product, from outsourced team lead to a direct hire at Agnitio's Copenhagen headquarters, serving clients including Bayer, Pfizer and AstraZeneca.
